I am currently on page 203. Since my last update, not much has really happened. I just read about how August and Justin (August’s sister’s boyfriend) are having a conversation about the things Justin is into, for example he likes to play the “zydeco” instrument. They then talk about how Via, Auggie’s sister is such a wonderful person to be around.

In the chapter I’m in, Via explains her life of having a deformed little brother, and how it’s hard to sometimes get attention. Because she’s normal and has no face functions, she doesn’t get much attention from any of her family. Except for her grandma.

I am basically passed the half way mark in this book and it’s been great. Right now, Jack Will is currently apologizing to Auggie over email. He says that he was a jerk and punched Julian because he was sticking up for Auggie.
