There is a new scythe in the book and his name is Tyger. Tyger was randomly chosen as a scythe. But I was wondering why did scythe Rand choose Tyger as a apprentice. Tyger is a thin boy that is a just ok fighter. I think that someone much stronger and smarter would be a better apprentice for scythe Rand
