Tessa is a very intelligent and thoughtful person. She wants to help save a old friend named Gideon and help stop all the things happening because of war. I feel like I can connect this book with another book named The War That Saved My Life and it's sequel, The War That I Finally Won. The protagonist in both of the stories also wants to help the war in anyway possible just like Tessa wants to help solve the war.

This book is getting more and more intense. They found out something they weren't supposed to find out and got into trouble for it. Now they just need to prove to the people that they are telling the truth and are not psychopaths.
