The only character I like so far, that has any class, is Geraldine. And perhaps the author should have just stuck to the third person narrator. I haven't managed to like Jemima even this far, and I still have not seen these qualities that supposedly make her such an interesting person/character. She isn't even funny.

A quick one but I was getting annoyed at Jemima's bit of hipocrisy. "She knows better than most about judging books by their covers."
But just a couple of pages before she was standing there judging a gorgeous girl to be "indescribably" stupid for no other reason than that she's gorgeous, and thin, and flirting with Ben. Seriously?!

This far and it feels like watching that movie "Stranger Tahniah Fiction". The book started with Jemima as the narrator, but along the way there is a another person narrating most of the main characters' story. It doesn't bother me much, but who is this person? They're using a first person pronoun.
