Book Addict Shaun > Status Update

The last four books (all by different authors) I have read have contained some permutation of the sentence ‘she let out the breath she didn’t know she had been holding’. Why is this cringe-worthy sentence used so much?! Is it in some kind of Writer’s Guide somewhere? 😂🤣😂🤣
