King Solomon's Ring is fab and could easily fit into the TOC of a Year's Best collection this year. Never mind that it's from 1963. That's kind of an ongoing problem with reading this collection in small chunks - Zelazny in the 60's is just better than most of today's writers. Anything I've given 5 stars to while reading this collection should be considered 6 stars.
