She has learned she has a power, she can see people’s futures, but isn’t allowed to tell them of it. (Not very realistic for historical fiction, kind of going into fantasy) and the rest of the Puritans and her have made it to America and are traveling through the woods in a mass group.

Mary is accused of being a witch in front of the whole town when 4 girls who have been pretending to be possessed call her out claiming she is hurting them. Mary gathers her things and flees to the woods, hoping to find the young Native American boy she has befriended. Her diary ends here.
