I think Timothy is struggling, and is trying to like Marisol. She keeps calling him Sport and he hates to be called sport. and he is struggling because he was hiding form his brother until he sat with him and showed him sign languages and shaped his hand into that sign language but Levi kept pushing away and crying.

I imagine Timothy is trying really hard to stop stealing but he wants to help his brother and not have to rely on people like Jose's mom

Tim is wants to or is really thinking about stealing something to help Levi his brother but he say that he will not do it again so he is trying real hard to write in his jourual and real hard not to think about stealing something or think about how he would be better if nobody found out about.
