is there a word for, uh like a truism but not actually true?
like for inst "everyone" "knows" that the most boring shit to listen to is other people's dreams or other people's drug experiences. not true. only certain kinds of drug stories are boring, & those are of course the "what i saw when i was tripping" stories. there's a few too many of those in this book tbh.
