...when you're reading on your break at work, and the ending of a book craps itself inside out so hard that you actually say "REALLY?!" loud enough that your coworker pokes her head in from the other room to see if you're okay. Those last few pages. Wow. And not a good wow.

This is interesting to me so far because the (spoiler!) hauntings are actually starting out very slowly, which makes me think this is going to build to something good, and the actual activities themselves are not hauntings I've really seen in books before. Consider me intrigued.
