I highly recommend this book to anyone who feels the need to learn how to learn better. This is a well written book it worth its weight. However, almost all the techniques discussed in the book are techniques I already employ.

On chapter 4 and finding this book excellent. I hope it helps me with the math that will be necessary for my dissertation. But more than that, I think it will help me with learning how to learn. It's turning out to be more than just a book but more like a workbook with thought exercises throughout.
