Not too unexpected so far beyond the general premise of mindfulness and stopping oneself from an urge once it's noticed and analyzed. I'm a little wary of everything being chalked up to dopamine and habit, which is something I've read enough about. Will see if this offers surprises/more depth, or if it's just reframing two topics into a mashup.
