Repetitive. Written as if by mainstream media, purposefully being vague to have you keep reading. There's some interesting thoughts on things in this book, but the format is clumsy and even the suggested paths to health are given in a vague way. While everybody is different, the information provided, especially if it's to help people on their path to health, is rather nebulous
