Electricity - really moving, with beautiful observations

Trataton - not the right level of Russian at all, compared to the stories that come before it. Full of nature jargon, local dialect, and idioms I couldn't follow. It took ages to get through it. In the end, it didn't do much. I get the point it's making, but...I couldn't get into it. The English translation was also extremely strange, making me mistrust the parts I couldn't verify.

These stories are not remotely at the same reading level

Marble Head by Bryusov - it didn't do much for me, along the way, but then the last sentence was fantastic and made the whole story.
