Just finished the first chapter ,the lost art of listening.
How hard is it today to really listen to others,without thinking what we want to reply to them?How easy it is to lose ourselves in our own thoughts for a moment,while we believe that we pay attention,how easy to let others feel ignored when they can see that someone is more ready to reply than to listen to?
