I don’t even know how to feel rn— There’s way too much to talk abt and I’m too overwhelmed to remember it all 😭

Ok, I have a lot to unpack. My working theory is that future Davian is playing both sides. Here is why: those council people called him a traitor and he did have that tattoo that the blind wore so it would seem that he went all evil. BUT, since he was working with Nethgalla who wants Shaemeloth gone, and keeps showing his morality, I feel like he just wouldn’t do that. I think he has some plan.

The way I can’t tell if Caeden’s on the right side or not. Like he could easily be misguided, but also the others seem entirely brainwashed.
So I don’t gotta clue what’s gonna happen and I need to know if there even is a good side.

The more I read the more I get into it.

I’m also having a harder time getting into the second book. Don’t get me wrong, I’m all in, but it was hard to come off of his Hierarchy series straight to his debut.
The improvement is insane.
