Totally torn on if I should continue with this book... I've appreciated some points so far (e.g. the idea of pause, inquire and name). But, ugh. It's heavy handed in other parts... her anecdotes are cumbersome and I'm wishing I had the e-book instead of audio version so I could skip through them.
