First I got sick. Then the pipsqueak caught what I was carrying. Needless to say, reading with a cough or when kiddo is mouth breathing due to a stuffy nose is a tall order, leading to other shorter options in the interim.
At my age, I admit I dislike Caspian's discourse with the star's daughter. Call me jaded, but its easily the weakest part of the book. And most unbelievable.

I'm a little surprised how much has happened to this point of the book. And it makes me wonder if there's an adventure that I have forgotten about between where I am and the end.
This book is feeling a little lighter of heart than Prince Caspian. Which I feel works better for this series.

I wonder if the choice was due to its more episodic storytelling as well as it having less overt Christian themes throughout.
