this book is so frustrating bc we get “omg my situationship wants to trap me in hell” and then immediately after is a flashback chapter where Alice drones on and on about Peter’s brilliance and distance and unlikely attractiveness and then we get a dream sequence and now breakfast 🧍🏾‍♀️ zero tension zero stakes we are in HELL but somehow I’m bored
