Finally hit the epilogue

I don’t think I should have audio-booked this it’s hard to get over the utterly predictable reading cadence even at 1.8 speed. As long as she’s not talking about emotions or asking questions, I’m good.

I’m learning that I really don’t like emotional anecdotal analysis.

The amount of stress I’m feeling is not getting any better.

Feeling less sick but still mildly triggered.

I’m feeling sick reading this first chapter. Is this what being trauma-triggered feels like?
