I think I’m being unfairly salty, I’m just really not interested in a book-long opinion. Load me up on facts, history, and research studies!

I don’t think I should have audio-booked this it’s hard to get over the utterly predictable reading cadence even at 1.8 speed. As long as she’s not talking about emotions or asking questions, I’m good.

The amount of stress I’m feeling is not getting any better.
