In all seriousness both this book and Middle Spoon talk about grief albeit in different ways, and yet this book does a significantly better job of detailing that grief in the narrative with more characters with significantly better/more personality. I’m in love. Also one of the few British authors I’ve read recently that doesn’t piss me off so this one’s extra special
