I’m looking forward to seeing how you like this one! I gave it 100 pages and I couldn’t get past the second person “you” but I gave it a fair chance! I’m sure the story is amazing I love this author so much! But I can’t read second person “you” 😂

valid 🤣and yes alix e. harrow is so amazing!! i think this is maybe the third book i'm reading in 2026 alone that is written from the "you" perspective so i think i'm getting used to it

i half expected it to be sad already but i'm not complaining that it hasn't been. i can see that what it's setting up for so i think i'll have plenty of that later 😩i think it's a beautiful story. i love the dynamic between the two of them, that the roles are flipped from what we normally see in books with romance elements. and the time travel is super interesting without being complicated 🙂‍↕️
