Why is the mom so mean! Parents are suppose to love you or at least not be a flat out bully. From the beginning this mom has been nothing be cruel and awful to her kid who seems totally nice! And she is talking about surgery! What the actually hell! This poor kid is in 11 and just trying to get through a whole day of bullying and cruelty at school to come home and get bullying be her entire family except her dad!

These girls are so mean to the main character and it makes me sad. Just because someone is different than you doesn’t mean that you need to make fun of them! I feel I picked this up pretty quickly and it baffles me that people just don’t get it! Treat others the way you wanna retreated. It is the golden rule for a reason! It is so hard to see her get treated so disrespectfully.
