I will say that this book has been hard for me to get through. Not that it isn’t good, because it is—it’s just not my style in books.

Another thing—I am 90% certain that the Scadrians poisoned the birds originally to get the people reliant on them. And I’m dread-pondering if that Rosharin knight is Dalinar. Which would be very bad because that could only mean it’s the evil version of him.

Ok, so this is wut I’m piecing together: in the future Cosmere, it appears both Roshar and Scadrial are in some kind of expansion war. Now this could mean one of three things. 1. Scadrial ended up taken by Odium and Roshar freed themselves and are fighting back. 2. Roshar ended up consumed by Odium and Scadrial is fighting back. 3. Odium’s been defeated and this is other conflict, but I doubt that. 🧐

This is cool! It’s giving Moana meets Indiana Jones, meets Star Wars with dragons.
