I am on page 14 of 245: It starts off with Ann being heart broken by Connor. The next chapter happens before they broke up. Connors dad is abusive and hits his mom. Connor and Ann went to Connors mom's and dad's house to find Connors dad burning their house down and his mom begging him to stop but he refuses. Connor waits for his dad to calm down and Ann leaves but she's questioning her relationship
