yall really still dont know what metabolism actually does, do you? ffs yall. it's just how your food turns to energy, being fat doesnt mean you have a 'slow' metabolism, & it doesnt slow down as you age (it actually stays stable?) so I dont get why its even here.

i could rant forever about the CONSTANT diet culture nonsense that keeps perpetuating all those common metabolism myths. just stop using the word unless youre talking science or something, ok? cool, good talk.
