proctors are fools. They shouldve had the students spend time with e/o & bond despite all knowing its a sham, THEN they'd gather into houses and scramble to colonize a small moon in competition. the fairest house would claim their familys right to the moon and earn them the proctors favor. meanwhile they would hurt and kill and betray e/o and it would be worse than anything.
