Installment Plan is about a an intergalactic trading deal for a plant needed for a pharmaceutical product that goes awry. There are some surprisingly progressive anti-colonial laws in this for a story from 1959.

Drop Dead is about a survey crew that lands on a planet with one animal, one plant, and one bacteria.

Good Night, Mister James is about a man who imports a dangerous alien to Earth which escapes and he has to hunt down.

Oh, we're off to a weird start. The title story, All the Traps of Earth, is about a robot scheduled for mind wipe that escapes by riding on the outside of a spaceship, is exposed to hyperspace, and develops psychic abilities. Good old, well written nonsense.
