This book is great so far. It's focused on the life of Autumn, and her very different life from her neighbor and childhood best friend, Finny. Autumn struggles with wondering whether she should end up with Finny or her boyfriend, Jamie. I think Finny and Autumn will continue to develop feelings for one another later in the story. Autumn says, "I want to either be alone with Jamie or be alone with Finny" (Nowlin 69).

This book is starting to pick up. Autumn is still working through her growing feelings for Finn. When most of the friend group starts breaking up with their boyfriends, Autumn is conflicted on what to do with hers. When Sasha breaks up with Alex, Autumn says, "'I'm just surprised. And sad.' And jealous, and smug, and worried" (Nowlin 166). I think that Autumn will break up with Jamie and date Finn.

This book sounds very complex but in a good way. It seems like you have gotten to know the characters pretty well and can make predictions on what their decisions will be. I am glad you are liking this book!
