I wouldn't retract anything I said previously, but I will say the last 40 pages were explosive. All the loose strings were tied up, but not perfectly. Two of our supernatural friends closed weakly, and that does include the title character. And the S.T. Coleridge zombie? Really? If this poetical abomination had been wielded better, I'd have been more satisfied. Still a 7 out of 10, though.
