I predict that Fern is not going to let her father kill one of their pigs for the spring. I think that Fern is going to be so sad that her dad will not kill the pig or sell the pig to any one else

One day Fern took the pig away and hid the pig. One lady found the pig and her husband. They chased after the pig and tried to catch the pig for the spring.

I think that Fern's father should not kill any of the pigs because Fern will be mad and might not talk to her father for a while. She will probably stay with the pigs in the barn to comfort the pigs or however many pigs there are.

Fern's dad said that one of their pigs were big enough to sell now to someone else. When her dad said that, she was broken hearted. She loved that pig. Also the pigs' name is Wilbur.

So far I read that Fern is an eight -year old girl. They have a farm. They own some pigs.There was one pig that was too little, so Fern's dad wanted to kill the pig with an ax.
