Confused on whether or not he’s against Christianity for Black people

page 130-131, “The laws are made by men who have little interest in him; they are executed by men who have absolutely no motive for treating the black people with courtesy or consideration; and, finally, the accused lawbreaker is tried, not by his peers, but too often by men who would rather punish ten innocent Negroes than let one guilty one escape.”

page 115, “The Negro dimly personifies in the white man all his ills and misfortunes…On the other hand, the masters and the masters’ sons have never been able to see why the Negro…are sulky, dissatisfied, and careless…”

page 93, “…the black folks say that only colored boys are sent to jail, and they not because they are guilty, but because the State needs criminals to eke out its income by their forced labor.”

This is still true today !!!
