They are so horrendously cooked it’s not even funny. I’m actually pissed rn because why did they just do that and risk EVERYTHING

I haven’t been able to read in SO long bc I have so much work and school all the time. Anyway I forgot how easily this book makes me cry. Everything is so cinematic and angsty and poetic and dramatic I truly just couldn’t love a series any more

What an opening to this story. I feel like I’ve lived a thousand lives in this series so far. I’m also deeply trauma bonded to Darrow now and if he endures one more second of pain I will have go to mars and kill The Jackal myself 🤗
