i was worried that the explanation about the banquet would reveal that xie lian was totally innocent after all so i’m very happy it didn’t go that way even though it was still pretty long winded and unnecessarily complicated

i am obsessed with hua cheng giving xie lian the princess treatment he really said “take all of these weapons and the entire manor too actually” what a loser (need him)

i have to respect hua cheng’s elaborate scheme to hold xie lian’s hands and give him some very uh…..indecent words of encouragement in public
