Oh my god, vag shaving and brutal deaths in the same chapter...what am I even reading anymore.

If Tookie doesn't take out a gun by the end of the book and shoot everyone, I will be surprised. So much random bleeding and self-mutilation moments in this book. I have absolutely no doubt in my mind that Tyra wrote this entirely by herself. So much ANTM in here, weirdo setup-to-fail challenges included.

It's kind of strange how much of this chapter is dedicated to periods. Tyra is trying to make a thinly-veiled statement in her book, to tell women that 'periods should never be an excuse not to do something.' But like...why does the teacher-dude have to explain it...How awkward.
