I don't know whether I think this book is pretentious, endearing or dumbing itself down for the audience.

I feel bad for her boyfriend, but find their relationship incredibly relatable.

I kind of like the random insert of personal essays but is it still the narrator speaking? It feels disjointed in that way.

I don't like the chapter titles like "the math isn't mathing". It's just cheapening it.
