Alright that is horrible and I'm sorry that happened to you but please believe me when I say it has nothing to do with them believing in God. I go to a Catholic school and they always always say that no matter what gender, ethnicity, etc, you're God's child and he accepts you and made you in his image. God loves you the way you are. (idc that you're a atheist btw i respect every culture/belief)
