Comments here that said the author only gives data but no solution are deranged. There are many examples in book of companies and people overcoming the gender data gap with visible results. The people who actually SHOULD enact major changes (not on individual level only) are the govt and policymakers, who can use the abundant data in this book to back up their policies.
