What a delightfully quick and easy read this has been so far

Cute cover be damned, that first chapter was intense and heartbreaking. Had to sit with it a bit to process it. I didn’t like it at first, but then it started to make sense. She just doesn’t want to be alone, but it hurt less being alone. She just doesn’t want to disappoint the people around her.

Kinda forcing myself to finish it cause every time it starts to make a little sense and I start to like it some other BS happens and nothing makes sense again
