I abandoned this at 40% a while ago because I didn't find it funny at all but it's been easy enough to just pick up where I left off. AND, I'm finding it funnier this time around.

After struggling with various books over the last couple weeks and making no real progress on anything, I've decided to just abandon them and try some totally different things. I'm feeling good about it overall, but as I did it just now, the effectiveness remains to be seen.

This doesn't feel as polished as Wight's later books, but it's quite a lot better than I expected. I'm really enjoying it.
