I stayed up all night reading this, but it's definitely worth it. Not sure I agree with Nabokov that's it's juvenile to identify with a book character or enjoy bad adventure stories, but he's a pretty smart guy, so I'll keep reading. His teachings make me want to read some of these books. I've only read the Jane Austen book so far (He doesn't seem to think she's as good as Dickens. *Shrug*)

This is a short book. The Yuuzhan Vong are still not my favorite villains, but this book is entertaining enough. Much like the other Star Wars book I'm reading, I am having a slight problem keeping characters separated, but it doesn't take a lot away from the book(s).

After consulting my physical copy of Lectures on Literature, I've decided to continue reading the Kindle version, as the notes are not terribly legible in the physical copy, either. lol

I removed Lectures on Literature from my Currently Reading list because the Kindle version didn't make for easy viewing of Nabokov's notes. I own a physical copy, so maybe I will read that some day, as I did want to experience the notes in visual format.
