Might be just me in the mood for something long, but I wish the author had spent more time on gathering the characters together.

Everything seems very neat so far. There are deaths, but they just happen, without glossing over them, and the book still leaves an impression of a colourful and cosy world. If you are looking for a story set in a world with a multitude of various tribes and peoples with their own looks and customs, that's the one.

It's a re-read. Now that I have better understanding of some things.

Pike dialogue. Laughing out loud.

Had some fun in the beginning? Now feel the weight of sad (melancholy!) robots. They are really sad! It's one of those futures that are absurd and yet quite possible at the same time.
