Hmmmmm, this might be a DNF. The FMC is really annoying and nothing breaks my suspension of disbelief faster than no prep during certain spicy activities - yes, even in a world we're there are spider-dudes.

I really like this series but I'm not liking this book as much - I don't know if it's cause I liked the previous book sooooo much (I even cried a little) or cause the beginning had a lot of non-consenty type situations (nothing happened but it almost happened).
