Oh my gawd this woman! She’s insufferable.

This was so disappointing. The main female character is nearly thirty and a scientist. Despite presumably being smart and a whole gd adult, she has the survival instincts of a sheltered, spoiled pre-teen. The “oh no, don’t use my title/honorific just call me by my first name” trope is infuriating!

A stick it to the ex cliffhanger?! Nooooo!

Dnf boring

Very successful retired billionaire gets isekaied and becomes champion of a struggling village. It's fine but I don't particularly like the character, maybe it gets better in future books but I'm going to stop with this one.

Matt and new friend adventurer kobold Drac just finished the trial and the army's making a mess of it.

Winter Soltice

Made it to chapter 11. She’s a DA but easily flies off the handle or jumps to conclusions. The PI agrees to work with her way too easily. It’s all very distracting. DNF.
