A collection of good ideas and intellectual honesty: ge advocates for a voucher system but admits that results have been mixed. I personally have my skepticism. Profit motivrs can make for more efficient actiobs, but it is alwayse easier to cut corners and pocket the difference from the state (voucher schools can open the chance for a public private partnership and all the failures that can bring).
