Esme is hands down one of the worst characters I’ve ever read. Khai does not deserve this. This woman is horrible.

Someone please tell me why I’m getting emotional over seven husbands and Daisy Jones, AGAIN. Two years after I read them. There’s not a day I don’t think about these stories and I spend everyday of my life trying to find a book that could even come close 😭😭😭

The transition from part 1 to 2 lacked some “essential” (IMO) scenes and information. Apart from that, still really enjoying it and loving the characters.

WHAt, WOW, Okay???!!!

Why did it take me 5 years to pick this book up. I have only read a few chapters but I haven’t been this hooked in a book in a while. I can’t stop reading! I have heard nothing but good things about this book but given my past history with magical realism, I don’t have very high expectations. 🪄🤗
