Finished! What a fun book, plenty of laughs and very British. A quick read and one to come back and read again I think.

Great piece of indulgence for anyone familiar with 80s film and TV, or anyone who has been a gamer. Really enjoyed this!

More tippy times with Dark Tower books <spoiler>glad they have by this point escaped Blaine, and the superflu pandemic distopia they have reached is pretty weird </spoiler>

The difficulty of this book definitely fluxes, some of the maths has become more challenging.

Enjoying this, though makes me feel thirsty just reading it. Also makes me want to track down and fire up Dune 2 for some retro RTS action.

Certainly doesn't shy away from a bit of maths. Well written and in depth enough to give me a good sense of quantum theory fundamentals, some of which I knew, other bits being in more detail than I have had before.

Read this years ago, and it's now coming back to me. Great bit of Sci Fi

Great little book which will have you pondering multiple dimensions. I remember being told about this book when doing a-level maths, worth a read, and very short.

Reminding me of a lit of the physics I studied and knew, but had forgotten. Presented in an accessible way for the scientifically minded, it probably would be hard if you have never studied.

Enjoyable and easy to read. I have read one other of Harlan Coben's books, maybe I should read some more after this...

Working out really well, this book is more like an adventure story than the previous Dark Tower books, whilst still keeping the strange mood.

A little but hard to start with, heavy on mystery, but coming together. But like a strange drug trip of a read.

Interesting so far, some real life situations and a mixture of success and failure. Wonder if it will help with ideas on how I can improve agile projects in a consulting context.

Looking forward to this, as it picks up many years after the previous books, which proves to be some of the best I have read in quite some time. I really liked the elegant magic system, so looking forward to how this is picked up too.

Almost completed, and things have got pretty bleak. Really enjoyed this, tapping into that post-apocalyptic enjoyment.
