Too much

Mazeli is too good

It is hard to believe this was written before submarines where a probable method of sea voyage.

I don’t know why this is taking me so long. It is enjoyable, I’m just not sure a fantasy novel was what I needed at this moment.

This books is excessively character driven with very little plot so far. I love character driven stories, I mean A Long Way To A Small Angry Planet is one of my favorite books of all time. But this is beginning to feel wordy too much fluff not enough story.

Darius and I would be friends

I started reading this because it was available on Libby and the summary mentioned Hobbit references. I am enjoying this more than I expected. Star Trek, Lord of the Rings, and Hobbit references galore. There is also a deep love of tea. As I sit here listening, I drink my nightly tea, I relate to the love of tea.

Ugh this is infuriating because I know this type of stuff actually happens. Brain washing is a reality. It is easy to read this and think, dumb animals. It is harder to read and think wow we do the same exact thing! We believe our leaders instead of doing the research ourselves.

My feelings over this are confusing for me. Orwell is one of those authors I never forget his works however during the time of reading them I am not positive whether I enjoy them or not.

This is the never ending case

This is good, I just really don’t think detective stories are my thing.

I like Elizabeth, Jane, and Mr. Bennet everyone else isn’t particularly in my favor as of yet.

I started this book over a year ago and then I put it down because I just wasn’t in the mood for it, but it is time to finish it. I am attempting the get shit done readathon, and I am using this as my “finish a book you put down.”

I was not expecting that goodness gracious.
