This seeks to be one of those that has a wonderful premise but now is just…dragging. It’s interesting but I’m just not getting much

I do love that this book has not clarified an actual location in Maine one single time. They’re like “time to take the train back to Maine!” And I’m like “you do realize…it is a LORGE state”

This is going SO SLOWLY but it is not the books fault

Rereading because long form poetry is just something else and I want to actually savor it this time

Every now and then I realize just how niche my nitpicks are (this book is not making me happy with its handling of international economics)
